I racketed up a bill of $1,300 with Origin making excuses for being late. I switched to Energy Australia, racked up a bill of $1,200 and then switched to AGL and racked up a bill of $2,500 about 3 years ago. That’s a saving of $5,000. I told all 3 that I was not going to pay anything because they were burning coal and lobbying the government to do a go slow to renewables. I told them this was destroying the Great Barrier Reef, which has lost half of its coral.
