INSOLVENCY PRACTICES INQUIRY

INSOLVENCY PRACTICES INQUIRY

INSOLVENCY PRACTICES INQUIRY

announced following release of report on Bankwest & FTI Consulting misconduct.

The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) announced on 10th October that they will conduct an “Insolvency Practices Inquiry.”

Some details including Terms of Reference on the Ombudsman’s website at:

The inquiry starts immediately and is chaired former Nationals Senator John Williams.

Interim report due 11 December 2019, final report 18 February 2020.

John Williams is highly respected on all sides of politics and has been credited for making the Australian Banking Royal Commission happen. He hates corruption and dishonesty. I attach an article in the Australian Financial Review on the inquiry.

The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman instigated an inquiry into my case, that inquiry concluded that in their opinion Bankwest receiver managers FTI Consulting have broken multiple sections of Australian Corporations Law. Bankwest Receivers have threatened to sue me if I release the report but I have as people need to know how they operate.

I have posted information including the ombudsmans report on two websites:

https://www.fticonsulting-info.com/ombudsmans-report-misconduct.html

Worse still they lied to an earlier Senate inquiry about this to try to cover up what they were doing.

Bankwest senior managers were involved issuing an instruction to the receivers to “Sink Boots into Customer”

I want these corporate thugs in jail for what they are doing.  My case is just one of hundreds or more.We got the Bank Royal Commission by telling the media and politicians about Bank misconduct. We now need to get a Senate or Government Inquiry into Receiver Managers as they were not in the terms of reference for the Bank Royal Commission and this is an area where there is widespread and ongoing misconduct.

Please distribute this to others.

Kind Regards.
